Speak from your own experience and distinguish it from verified information. Do not diagnose, promise cures or tell others to stop treatment. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns.
Protect privacy
Do not post someone else's personal data, private messages or sensitive information without permission. Share only what you are comfortable making public.
No spam or hidden promotion
Avoid repeated promotion, misleading links or advertising disguised as independent advice. Disclose commercial ties to recommendations.
Keep discussions useful
Stay on topic, add context and respect others' work. Questions are reviewed before publication; inappropriate content may be hidden or removed.
