For me, massage is much more than just working with muscles. Improving circulation, relaxing, and regenerating muscles are certainly desirable effects, but massage is also an invitation to deeper relaxation and a return to yourself.
I see the physical body, mind, and emotions as an interconnected whole, and I approach each massage with conscious touch and a holistic perspective.
Massage times are approximate. For me, it’s more important that the massage unfolds as it should than that it ends exactly on the minute.
Each massage is a little different because even the same person comes with different needs each time.
I am currently in the mentoring phase of studying energy psychology – specifically EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). As part of gaining practice for certification, I offer EFT sessions free of charge. EFT is a technique that works with emotional, mental, and energetic blocks and can beautifully complement massage.
Relaxation and sports massage can be combined in any way for any area of the body.

For the first session, it’s good to allow a little extra time for a short introduction and to discuss your current state and needs.
