About
All the techniques I share with clients in my work have been personally tested and practiced by me. My experience is that clients "bring" topics that I have personal experience with. This is logical, because at that point it becomes possible to work knowledgeably, based on my own experience and lived insight, and thus effectively target and resolve issues.
I have ten years of personal, daily, very enriching practice on my own issues, which is a never-ending process, and five years of therapeutic practice with clients. I learn every day. I progress and continue my education every day (not only through "experience" but also materially), because it is not only a very beautiful and insightful journey, but I sometimes also have the impression that "the more we know, the less we truly understand." It would be arrogant to think that "NOW" I know enough and it's not necessary to develop further. There is always room to grow. I am convinced that a good therapist must constantly grow, not rest on their laurels, otherwise they will get stuck on something that will very soon lose its validity. Especially now, in the current rapid pace of development of humanity and the Earth.
