Holotropic Breathwork was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof as a path to wholeness through deep breathwork and evocative music. The method activates the inner healing system of the individual and allows access to biographical, perinatal, and transpersonal layers of the psyche.

What to expect
The session takes place lying down with eyes closed, accompanied by rhythmic music in a safe group setting led by a facilitator. Participants breathe deeper and faster, leading to an immersion in their inner world, followed by mandala drawing and sharing.
