1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using HoliSpot (holispot.com) you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Description of services
HoliSpot is an online platform connecting clients with holistic wellness practitioners. It enables search, online booking, payments via Stripe, and communication. HoliSpot is not a healthcare provider.
3. Accounts
An account is required. You are responsible for credential confidentiality. One user — one account.
4. Bookings & payments
Bookings are made on the platform. Payments via Stripe (min €1) or cash if the practitioner allows it.
5. Cancellation policy
Each practitioner sets their cancellation policy. The platform requires at least 24h notice.
6. Practitioner responsibilities
Practitioners are independent professionals responsible for the quality of their services and must hold valid certifications and liability insurance.
7. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, respect others, and comply with applicable laws.
8. Subscriptions
Plans: HoliStart, HoliPro, HoliMaster — monthly or yearly (10% off) via Stripe. Cancel anytime.
9. Intellectual property
All platform content is copyrighted. User content remains owned by its author who grants HoliSpot a license to display it.
10. Liability
HoliSpot is not liable for service quality. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
11. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for violations.
12. Governing law
Czech law applies.
