Quick Overview

This guide walks you through everything from setting up your profile to getting your first booking. You can always return here from your Dashboard.

Step 1

Complete your profile

Add your photo, bio, certifications and specialties. A complete profile builds trust and attracts more clients.

  • Upload a professional photo — profiles with photos get 5× more views
  • Write a compelling bio in both Czech and English (English is auto-translated if left blank)
  • List your certifications, education, and years of experience
  • Add the languages you speak and your work locations
  • Set your address — it will appear on the practitioner map

Step 2

Set up your methods & price list

Define your methods with clear names, durations and prices so clients can book directly.

  • Pick your methods (Reiki, Massage, Yoga, …)
  • Create a detailed price list with duration and price
  • Add descriptions in both Czech and English
  • Mark methods as bookable so clients can reserve
  • Set your cancellation policy

Step 3

Configure your availability

Set your weekly schedule, special days and blocked time slots from the Availability tab.

  • Set your weekly recurring schedule
  • Add exceptions for holidays or special hours
  • Block vacation days so clients cannot book them
  • Add custom booking questions for clients to answer
  • Set booking notice text with preparation instructions

Step 4

Set up payments

Connect your payment account to receive online payments directly. Clients can pay when booking.

  • Open Dashboard → Payment Account → Set Up
  • Complete the onboarding (bank account, identity)
  • Once connected, payouts are automatic
  • You can also allow cash-at-session

Step 5

Manage bookings

When a client books a session you receive an email and a notification. Manage everything from the dashboard.

  • Approve or decline requests from the overview
  • Chat with clients before and after the session
  • You will receive reminders before upcoming sessions
  • After the session, the client is invited to leave a review

Step 6

Create your mini website

HoliPro and HoliMaster subscribers get a personalised mini website — theme, gallery, custom sections.

  • Choose a theme that matches your brand
  • Upload gallery images of your space
  • Add custom sections and testimonials
  • Share your mini website link on social media

Step 7

Share your profile

Use built-in tools to reach more clients.

  • Generate a QR code for business cards
  • Copy your short profile link
  • Appear on the practitioner map — make sure your address is set
  • Ask happy clients for reviews

Step 8

Write blog posts

Share your expertise. Blog posts boost your visibility in search and position you as an expert.

  • Write in Czech and English for maximum reach
  • Include relevant keywords naturally
  • Posts require admin approval
  • Add a cover image

Step 9

Get reviews

Ask happy clients to leave a review. Reviews improve your ranking and credibility.

  • Clients receive an automatic email after each session
  • Share your profile link with clients
  • Display your QR code at your practice
  • Reviews are moderated for quality

Step 10

Create courses & events

Expand your offering with online courses or live events.

  • Create events from Dashboard → Calendar
  • Events can be online or in-person
  • Create courses with modules and lessons
  • Both events and courses require admin approval
