I am a charismatic yoga and movement instructor who came to the Czech Republic from my native Colombia, although I spent most of my life in Madrid, Spain. I have explored various professions throughout my life, but the path of yoga captured my heart the most. I primarily teach Hatha yoga and the classical concept of yoga, which I had the opportunity to study in India, and I am a certified Yoga Alliance 500h instructor. I have also had the opportunity to teach yoga in Spain and during my travels across Southeast Asia, including India, Nepal, Thailand, and Laos. These experiences allowed me to grow, gain new perspectives, and discover the style of yoga that resonates with me the most. I am a relaxed person who enjoys unwinding with a good movie and food. I love trying new things and continuously educating myself in different ways.
